Piccola Roma respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at the Piccola Roma web site.

Piccola Roma collects information through our web site at several points. We collect the following information about visitors: name, email address and telephone number.

We verify the accuracy of this information through ensuring entry of key information is confirmed and, for the client area, a process of registration. User details will be verified before their registration is authorised.


We collect this information through registration forms (information which is stored in a database) and contact forms (information which is emailed to Piccola Roma). The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products or services, a valid email address is mandatory in order to confirm and authorise your registration or to respond.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by posting a news item on the Home page of this website.

Part III. Access to Information
Piccola Roma maintains the accuracy of our information by regular review and data cleansing. Users may ask Piccola Roma to provide a copy of their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by emailing piccolaromarestaurant@gmail.com. Users may ask us to delete their information from our database by emailing
piccolaromarestaurant@gmail.com. Information will be deleted within ten working days.

Part V. Data Storage and Security
Picolla Roma protects user information with the following security measures: information stored in the database about the customer is password protected. Access is available only to limited personnel within Piccola Roma and will not be shared with any third party unless the customer has given express permission.
